STEP ONE
We made our booking process easy and accessible on any device at anytime. You can book your appointment via phone, email, or online at Empire360Media.com. To book online, simply click “BOOK” on our navigation bar (located at the top of our website) and you can select the type of service, date, time, and location that you would like to book your appointment. We also accept bookings via phone at (817) 984-4225, as well as, via email at info@empire360media.com
CONFIRMATION
STEP TWO
Once you have submitted your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your appointment, shortly followed by your custom quote with the details of your appointment. One of our team members will contact you directly via email or phone to confirm your appointment and answer any questions you may have.
WE COME TO YOU
STEP THREE
On the day of your appointment we will arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure that our team has access to the property and the property is appointment ready.
WE DELIVER
FINAL STEP
We deliver the final product(s) to you via email! Virtual Scans will be delivered within 24 hours, Photographs with 24-48 hours, Video Walkthroughs within 48-96 hours, and Floor Plans within 24-48 hours. If you have booked multiple services, we will email you all of your content together, unless you request that each product be emailed separately upon completion. Once your product(s) are ready, you will receive your completed product(s) via email along with your Empire 360 Media Invoice. It’s that Easy!
